  Yes. Not about my students (I had a great 4th grade class this year), but about administration at my district here in TExas. They are requiring a weeklong workshop during the summer WITH NO STIPENDS! I don't give up my summer unless I am paid. Plans of travel and alternate ways to make money (selling fireworks, believe it or not) are in my summer ideas. One of the reasons I teach is to have my summertime!
